Mini Law of Attraction T-Tool

The Law of Attraction T-ToolTM is the single most useful tool for gaining clarity.

If I could offer only one tool, one exercise to help you attract more of what you want, it would be the Law of Attraction T-ToolTM. Each week I receive emails from people who have attracted their ideal job, mate, home or experience through this simple tool. Thousands of people have learned the value of this exercise.

Do you have a desire that is not yet realized? Are you experiencing confusion around a given subject? Are you afraid you’ll get something you don’t want? If so, then here’s how you can benefit from doing a Law of Attraction T-ToolTM:

1. Pick a subject that you want clarity about or want to feel better about. Be creative in your subject title. Instead of calling it “My Ideal Client” try something like: “Clients I have the most fun working with” or “This type of client knocks my sock off!”

2. Using a blank sheet of paper, draw a large letter “T” on the page. Label the left column, “I don’t like…” and the right column, “I do like…”

3. Begin on the left side, by asking yourself: What don’t I like in regard to this subject? Think of as may things as you can. Don’t stop at two or three–aim for 20 items or more. This will remove low frequency vibrations that slow down or block you from receiving what you DO like.

4. Now, take each item and ask yourself, “If I don’t like this, what DO I like?” And write your answer using the BEST words you can find.

The Mini T-ToolTM:
Recently, I was working with a student who is in the midst of a career change. One item in her “I don’t like…” column was: “A crazy boss.” I let her continue to tell me about other things she did not like or want in her new job, and then I asked her to explain what a “crazy boss” looks like–I was picturing someone wearing a white lab coat with wild hair sticking out in every direction and wide eyes popping out of their face. She said, “A ‘crazy boss’ is someone who doesn’t let you do what he asks you to do. Someone who is looking over your shoulder every minute and micromanages your assignment.”

I thought to myself, “This isn’t what I pictured!” So we did a little T-ToolTM on what she didn’t like and did like in a supervisor. When we finished, she said, “Whew! I knew I was going to attract a ‘crazy boss’ if I kept thinking about it, now I know what I DO want in a boss and I can keep my attention on THAT.”

Take a look at your T-ToolTM. Is there something in either column that is too general or could be interpreted in different ways? If your terminology is confusing to someone else, the Law of Attraction will be confused too. Ask yourself, “Is this specific enough?” And see if you can do a Mini T-ToolTM. Doing several Minis will give you even MORE clarity.

Using the law of attraction to manifest what you want is powerful granted you apply the necessary techniques. Almost everyone can run but not everyone can run a marathon. The difference is that it takes right knowledge of breathing and particular ways of running and without this knowledge you are guaranteed if anything to fail. Using the law of attraction to manifest is the same.

Do you feel stuck and frustrated? Most people do. A lack of money can get most people to feel stagnant and quite frustrated about life. If you could change your situation from one of lack to one where money is flowing into your life would you take the steps?

A few months ago I met someone who was quite frustrated in his life. He had a very funny statement which he repeated very often and it goes like this. “Now if only I could just get some money then I would??

The funny thing about this man is that he knew the law of attraction and he knew quite a few things that most people don’t even have a clue about. Yet every time he made that statement he was informing the universe of what he did not want. He was no doubt vibrating from a place of lack and the law of attraction made that very clear in his life.

Quite honestly despite his vast knowledge of the law of attraction and deeper metaphysical science he was stuck. He could not seem to get out of the rut and his deep dark miserable circumstances. All of that did change when he learned to apply a simple technique that altered those gloomy thought patterns in his space.

Most people experience feelings of being stuck. Although they know that certain steps need to be applied they cannot shift their old energetic state. The old energy of lack and poverty lingers like a dark cloud and that needs to be washed down.

There are techniques that do cleans those old negative debris that must be dealt with first before the new circumstances can manifest. It does require an easy daily practice but once it is done the changes begin to show in such a magnificent way.

All knowledge and no practice leads to an understanding without results. Many people are like this, they acquire lots of knowledge but never use it. Many times the knowledge is incomplete. What makes the knowledge complete is having an actual technique a step by step plan to make that knowledge work.

With applying the law of attraction a person must learn the actual technique and go immediately into practicing it.

Eventually I told him. I made it clear to him what he was doing. Luckily for both of us he accepted without resistance and I showed him the clear techniques to increase his own thought power, while eliminating the negative energy and circumstances which he had previously created.

The results were outstanding. He diligently went about the techniques and within a matter of days things took off. He kept it up and within months he was making a very hefty amount of money. Far more money than he has ever seen in his lifetime.

He is remarkable proof that the techniques to applying the law of attraction once understood can and do create outstanding results.

Be very clear about what you want–write it down, find the precise words that describe your desire.
Become a vibrational match for what you want–speak only in the most positive way about your desire and remember the three phrases that will raise your vibration faster:
I am in the process of attracting…
The Universe is in the process of lining every thing up so I can attract…
I LOVE it when…
Allow the Law of Attraction to deliver! Just eliminate doubt and receive what you’ve asked for.
What we’re not told, is how to eliminate doubt. Better yet, what’s the opposite of doubt? CERTAINTY. Say that word out loud…C E R T A I N T Y.

How does it feel to have CERTAINTY?
Can you recall a time when you had CERTAINTY?
What did CERTAINTY look like or feel like?

Do you remember arriving at a state of ‘knowing’ that what you desired would be yours?
Do you recall thinking or saying, “I know it doesn’t look that way right now, but I just KNOW this is going to happen?” That’s CERTAINTY.

The good news is that the Law of Attraction doesn’t wait for you to have complete certainty before it starts delivering what you want.

It is waiting for you to have a little more belief than doubt–just 51% more belief for your desire will get things started. Once you ‘allow’ yourself to believe that it IS POSSIBLE to have your desire–that if it’s possible for someone else to have this, then it is possible for ME to have it too–once you have tipped the scale so that your desire outweighs doubt, you’ll begin to notice ‘signpost’ events that prove your desire is getting closer and closer.

Do you recognize signposts? A ‘close-match’ is a signpost. So is a ‘taster’ experience such as this one:

I’ve had a dream for my company, TeleClass International Services Inc., to bring the TeleClass Model into Corporations. The first signpost that this dream would be realized was a small contract we had with IBM to train 15 of their trainers. At the time, I thought my dream was in ‘full production’, however the next contract for Corporate TeleLeader Training arrived two years later. In the meantime, we attracted the perfect person to deliver the Corporate Training and we’ve had adequate time to train her in all aspects of this industry. Recently, the Corporate contracts have been flowing in at a steady rate as more corporations learn about TeleClasses and how this model can reduce their training costs. NOW my dream is being fulfilled.

As you pay attention to those signposts, acknowledge them for the encouragement that they are intended to be and celebrate that you are one more step closer, your belief will grow into CERTAINTY.

Notice how much closer you are today, to being certain that a long-held dream will one day become true. Make CERTAINTY your goal–and the Law of Attraction may surprise you with an early gift.

People interact with each other on a daily basis, and most times this is because one person needs something from the other. Getting others to do what you want them to do is simple, when you know how to do it.

People interact with each other on a daily basis, and most times this is because one person needs something from the other. Getting others to do what you want them to do is simple, when you know how to do it.

In the business world, for example, you may have a product or service to sell while the other person is looking for such a product. To sell your product or service to them, you will have to convince the other person that he will be satisfied with the services you render according to his needs.

In other words, the way to get anybody to do what you want is to make them want to do it. Trying to get what you want through intimidation or force is asking for trouble. Yes, it’s possible but not advisable to use forceful methods, because the results are short term and can even be disastrous.

So how do you get others to do what you want? Simple. Give them what they want. That is the secret to attraction. And what is it that people want? Good health, love, and financial security are the basic desires of people.

But there is one important, yet intangible, thing everybody wants more than anything else, and that is to be appreciated. Being appreciated and complimented makes a person feel important. When you feel important, you feel needed and wanted, and this gives you a reason for existing.

So, how do you make someone else feel important? Tell them. Show them. Give appreciation freely, honestly, and without reservation. Saying how appreciative you are for a favor received or a job well done will make the other person feel important and respected.

You may not be able to describe in words how being appreciated makes you feel when you’re the recipient, but you know that what you feel is real and priceless.

To get what you want through attraction, show the other person that – if he does what you want him to do – it will, in turn, make him feel important.

Let’s take charity for example. You want a contribution from a prospective donor. Even before the act of giving itself, the donor expects some from of appreciation from you and this, in turn, will give him a feeling of importance.

But appreciation doesn’t necessarily have to be expressed in words. A smile and a handshake could be sufficient, and they can come from both you and the donor.

The donor shows his feeling of being appreciated, while you show your appreciation for the contribution. A chemistry takes place. It’s a feeling both parties would enjoy happening many times over.

So, to get others to do what you want them to, you must give them something first. Make them feel special, important and appreciated.

But, be aware, your feelings must be genuine. You must truly appreciate the person as a fellow human being, and not just because they are doing something for you.

If you can truly feel that the person you are interacting with is important and worthy, and can convey those feelings to that person, you will get them to do what you want them to, and they will feel good about doing it for you.

This is the most powerful way to get what you want through attraction.

Introduction to Manifestation

Our past reminiscences can be happy or sad, but past is the past. It’s gone. Future is unknown, but we are creating our future now. Whatever we are thinking about now will manifest in the future. So if we think about our problems, lack of money, difficult situations, our future will be like this. If we think how make ends meet, it will happen. We will just make ends meet.

Have you ever thought who you are? Are you the body you see every day in a mirror? Of course you are not. Your body is constantly changing. It is different now than ten or twenty years ago. According to some scientists cells in our bodies are constantly replaced by the new ones. Although the scientists differ in their opinions, most of them agree that every seven years we have a completely new body. Not even one cell is the same.

Anyway, most people intuitionally feel that they are not their bodies. When someone dies they say he has left. So, what has left? The body it’s still there.

Are you your mind? You can observe your own mind. You can notice what you are thinking about now. Maybe you are reading this article now, but you are thinking about something else? Doesn’t it happen often? You can observe how your mind works, so you are not your mind.

But most of the time we don’t observe it. It’s just the opposite, our minds constantly play different films in front of us, and it is not easy to stop them doing it.

Have you ever tried to control your mind? Try for five minutes to concentrate on something. Let’s say visualize a yellow triangle. Do not think about anything else. Just concentrate on the yellow triangle. Can you do it? Notice how many times you have thought about something else than the yellow triangle. It’s very difficult to control a mind. Usually our minds control us.

What do you mostly think about every day? If you are like most people you think about your past or your future.

Think that it’s now and be grateful for it. If your visualization is good, you will feel happy and excited. You will feel good, but most important is that you have just started making it really happen in the future.

Of course, you need to train your mind to do it every day. You need to learn the science of manifestation and practice. Great things don’t come easily. That’s why so many people don’t live the lives of their dreams. They don’t control their lives. They live their lives automatically. But you can change it. You can be happy, healthy and wealthy. You just need to make some effort.

Make denials and affirmations to suit your particular needs. Whatever you desire to do, affirm beforehand that you can do it, and that you will do it when the time for doing comes. Whatever disagreeable or difficult duty lies before you, deny failure, and affirm beforehand that you can and will do it, that already in your Mental World it is accomplished; then visualize yourself doing the thing calmly and without effort. Mentally see yourself dealing with a difficult or unpleasant matter, with calm dignity and ease. When the time for action arrives you will succeed.

Concentrate your whole attention upon the meditations. If you find your thoughts wandering through lack of concentrative power make use of the following denial and affirmation. First of all cleanse the mind by the denial of evil and calm and strengthen it by the affirmation of good. You have by so doing raised yourself into your perfect Mental World, breathing the pure air of perfect mental freedom. Now say, “Mind wandering cannot affect me. I am a perfect MIND, part of the great Universal Mind that is everywhere and works in and through everything. Therefore my mental powers are perfect. It was a mistake that made me think I could not concentrate; it was simply a delusion of the physical senses. Now I know that this could never be, because I am a perfect Mind gifted with God-like powers.” Now affirm as follows: “Now I know that I can concentrate on any subject I please. My potential powers are infinite, I have only to develop them, I have only to ‘try’ and I must succeed.” Working in this way you will develop tremendous powers of Concentration.

I send out my thoughts to all mankind and say: “Dear everybody, I love you.” Like the beams of a searchlight my mental vision sweeps over all the continents and islands of the world, and visualizes all peoples, sending out to them a great beam of Love and Blessedness. Then it takes in all sky and sun and earth and sea, and the sweet breath of heaven. It embraces all animals and flowers and loveliness, it sweeps through a thousand sunsets and a million dew-washed fragrant dawns back to the one Source of all life–again affirming, “I love you, I love you.” Then into my heart flows a great wave of divinest peace, a great inrush of the accumulated love-force of the invisible Universe, I become submerged in a sea of Infinite Blessedness. Thus in blessing others do I help to make the world a little better, and in return I am doubly blessed.

For this week’s visualizing exercise take six small articles and examine them very carefully one at a time. For instance, if one article is a lead pencil, look at it and see in what respects it differs from other lead pencils. You notice its color; its shape, either round, hexagon or oval; its point, well sharpened or otherwise; the maker’s name and trade-mark; what kind of lead, either BB, B or JIB; the name of the pencil itself; its condition, scratches on the surface of the polish; all these and many other points should be minutely noticed. Examine each article in turn and just as minutely. When you have examined them all, shut your eyes and visualize each article, and see every point and peculiarity in your mind’s eye, just as you did with your physical sight. Change the articles for new ones from day to day.

If you lack knowledge of a certain subject and desire to gain this knowledge, then tell your subliminal mind what it is that you require; it will then either supply direct the knowledge that you need or bring to your notice the very book or course of lessons that you require. Also in solving your problems your subliminal mind may bring a sentence to your notice, which, directly you read it, tells you that it is the answer to your riddle. The more you can quieten the senses and the objective mind and rely upon your subliminal mind the greater will be your wisdom and understanding.

In the letter I have sent you this week I speak of visualizing and affirming the success that you desire to demonstrate, fn the same way hold the picture of perfect health ever before your mind. Let it be a constant inspiration and source of radiant joy.

“Thoughts,” said Prentice Mulford, “are things.” “Thoughts,” says T. Sharper Knowlson, “so far from being mere brain flashes, are, judging solely from their effects, real entities, apparently composed of spiritual substance, the nature of which is outside the range of discovery of our present faculties.” “Thought,” says Levy, “is not an event which dies in a world ethereal, supersensible, imperceptible; it has continually its likeness and repercussion in our organism.” “Thought is not,” says Ralph Waldo Trine, “as is many times supposed, a mere indefinite abstraction, or something of a like nature. It is, on the contrary, a vital, living force, the most vital, subtle and irresistible force in the Universe.”

In our very laboratory experiments we are demonstrating the great fact that thoughts are forces. They have form, and quality, and substance, and power, and we are beginning to find that there is what we may term a science of thought.

We are beginning to find also that through the instrumentality of our thought forces we have creative power in reality. Many more authorities could be quoted, but these will suffice to show that thoughts are just as much “things” as town halls or mountains are “things.” It is a great mistake to imagine that because you can see a thing with your physical eyes, feel it with your hands, or hit it with a hammer, that it is for that reason more real than something you can neither see nor feel. On the contrary the “Unseen” is vastly more powerful, lasting and forceful than anything you can see with your physical eyes. What you see with your eyes is only the effect of greater causes which are invisible.

“Everything exists in the unseen before it is manifested in the seen, and in this sense it is true that the unseen things are real, while the things that are seen are the unreal. The unseen things are cause; the seen things are effect. The unseen things are eternal; the seen things are the changing, the transient.”

Thoughts then are “entities,” are “things,” are “forces,” are vital subtle “powers.” They, like everything else, and every other force in the universe, are subject to law. This law is the Law of Attraction.

Whatever thoughts you think will attract to you thoughts of a similar nature. According as you create good or bad thoughts, so do you determine whether your life shall be blessed or cursed. If you think a good thought and dwell upon it, and, as it were, nourish it with your meditations, it will not only bless and enrich your life, but will attract hosts of other thoughts of equal power and beauty, which will hasten to minister to you. Thus, if you think “Success” thoughts, and affirm them, and cling to them in the face of apparent defeat and failure, you will attract to yourself such a wave of powerful, upbuilding and inspiring thoughts that you will be lifted right over your difficulty and carried, as by invisible forces, along the path of accomplishment.

On the other hand, it is equally true that if you think a weak thought, a low thought, a vile thought, or a thought of failure, there will be attracted to you a host of thoughts of like character, which by their nature will curse you and drag you down. “Unto him that hath shall be given, and from him that hath not shall be taken away that which he hath” is simply the working of the Law of Attraction. Think “Success” and thousands of invisible forces will fly to your aid. Think “failure” and innumerable forces will help to make your failure even more complete.

If thought is the “greatest power of all powers,” “the most vital, subtle and irresistible force in the universe,” and if your thoughts have the power to attract other thoughts of a like character, then the choice of your thoughts is the ‘nose important act of your life.

By choosing your thoughts you choose either success or failure, happiness or misery, health or disease, hope or despair.

Broke? Fix It Yourself: BE Wealthy

If you’re reading this right now you probably have been broke, are broke, or know someone who is struggling with being broke. The pain and suffering of being in this state is truly awful. Being broke causes thoughts of despair, feelings of failure, desperation, struggle, lack and need. Being broke prevents us from reaching our potential, from living our lives freely. Being broke prevents us from being wealthy.

If you’re reading this right now you probably have been broke, are broke, or know someone who is struggling with being broke. The pain and suffering of being in this state is truly awful. How is this possible? Like attracts like. Being broke attracts more experiences of being broke. It is a vicious cycle, once that can very easily be transformed once we understand the fundamental laws of how our mind and spirit interact with the universe.

It is your underlying state of BEING, in this case, being broke, that creates the resultant thoughts and feelings in your mind. As a package, this whole message is broadcast to the universe, which in return gives you more of the same: experiences of being broke.

One of the laws of manifestation is that we must BE before we can DO, and DO before we can HAVE. Of course modern society has twisted this all around. Being broke is a powerful message we are sending to the universe and ourselves. We are in a state of BEING, and it is broke. This will inform our actions to act in ways to continue to be broke, and we will continue to have this condition of being broke in our lives.

Your life experience is an outer reflection of your inner reality. All the thoughts and feelings you hold, consciously and unconsciously, are what create the experience that is your life. Your past created your present, and your present is creating your future.

It can be hard to understand that we are responsible for what we experience. I remember being unhappy, and then experiencing events that I perceived as causing me to be unhappy. Then I would say to myself, I am unhappy because of this?no wonder I am unhappy. I was trapped in my own vicious cycle and had no idea it was me who was responsible for my experiences of unhappiness.

To break the cycle I first needed to know what was broken in order to fix it. It was the message I was sending out. I found there was a very simple way to fix it.

If I notice one day that I am unhappy, and understand that BEING unhappy is the cause of my continuing experience of unhappiness, it is that day that I can choose to change. All I need to do to break the cycle is: choose to be happy. It doesn’t take anything from outside myself to be happy. All I have to do is gain awareness, pause, and pull up from within myself the state of being happy, replacing the unhappiness. We all have this capacity.

Choosing is an exercise of free will. You can choose BE happy, healthy, wealthy, whatever you desire. Take a moment and just BE happy. It is possible for anyone to do and a very powerful exercise once you have done it and understood it. If you are being happy, you will do things that make you happy, and you will attract happy experiences into your life. Being happy is the first step towards living a happy life. It seems almost like a riddle, but understanding it unravels the secrets of life.

If you find yourself broke, look within. You’ll find you feel broke, and are in a powerful state of BEING. The awareness of this gives you the choice. You can choose your state of being. Imagine what it is like to feel wealthy. Take that feeling and hold it, you are now BEING wealthy. This is how to break the vicious cycle of being broke. By BEING wealthy, you are now transforming the signals you are broadcasting. You are emanating wealth and the laws of cause and effect have no choice but to bring to you what you already are. Now your actions will begin to bring to you the wealth you feel inside.

By being conscious of your states of being, you can choose to change them. The positive results will return to you without fail, following the natural laws of the universe.

Create Resistance or Creative Acceptance

What can we do about resistance? Is there an alternative? Should we resist resistance? The alternative is acceptance.

Resistance is not a new word, but for many of us awareness of resistance is new. In Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary, resistance is defined: “to withstand, to strive against, to exert force in opposition, to counteract, defeat or frustrate.”

Resistance is useful if there is a flu or virus around. If your body’s immune system is working as it should, you’ll have good “resistance to disease”–you’ll stay healthy. Resistance to the temptation to do something that goes against your core values will strengthen you, while giving into that temptation will weaken your character.

Resistance can be an indicator that something isn’t quite right for you, at this time. It’s good to notice resistance and to ask yourself, “Why am I experiencing this resistance?”

There’s another side to resistance. The other side of resistance destroys the very thing that we desire. This resistance arises from a dislike for change. Humans are sort of strange in that we offer a desire to the Universe, and then we resist the very changes this desire sets in motion. For example, when I offered my desire to become financially independent, I didn’t realize that the answer would come in the shape of loss of income from my former spouse. But it did. When I asked for financial independence I had a different scenario in mind that went something like this: “My business income will increase steadily until it reaches a certain amount, then the spousal support can decrease.”

The Universe responded to my desire–just not as I had expected–and I resisted the change. The Universe knew that in order to become independent I had to first BE independent. I wanted the security of spousal income, but that emotional dependence on an outside source was holding me back from independence.

I find it easier to accept change when I have initiated it. When someone else initiates change that affects me, my first reaction is to resist. However, the Law of Attraction teaches that everything that touches my life is the result of some vibration in me. It may be a vibration I don’t like. It may be a subtle vibration I pay little attention to. It may be a vibration that has gone underground–like anger or hurt that I did not acknowledge at the time I first experienced it.

Emotions are “energy in motion.” When we try to suppress an emotion (especially one we’ve judged as negative or dangerous) it does not go away, it goes into our subconscious mind where it silently sabotages our life by setting up resistance which invites more negative experiences and creates tension between people who used to enjoy each other.

Resistance doesn’t just put on the brakes to receiving our desires–Resistance disintegrates; it separates; it decomposes; it fragments our True Self. We lose our sense of wholeness. We feel disconnected from Source (God, the Divine). This disconnection begins to show up in how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to others. Soon, we are quarreling with our best friend and blaming them for the situation. Sound familiar?

What can we do about resistance? Is there an alternative? Should we resist resistance? That doesn’t work. If we notice resistance and try to suppress it or resist it–we create MORE!

The alternative is acceptance. Not resignation, but creative acceptance. I teach the history of the Law of Attraction and it’s interesting to note that in the Middle Ages there was a great persecution of anyone who held a philosophical belief that differed from that defined by political and religious authorities. People who understood the Law of Attraction, those individuals who maintained their personal power through controlling their thoughts and emotions, were faced with a serious choice: either resist the powers-that-be and die; comply with the demands of the aggressors, and deny themselves; or be creative. In that case, many practitioners of metaphics (the Law of Attraction) simply moved to Arabia where they found freedom to live their beliefs in an integral way.

Change is bound to happen. People are going to make choices which affect our lives. We are going to make choices which have an effect on others. Charles Handy said, “Change is the only constant.” How we handle change–invited or uninvited–will affect our vibration and in turn, our quality of life.

Take a few moments to notice resistance in your body, mind or emotions. What does it feel like? Restriction? Tightness? Blockage? Frustration? Confusion? Judgment? Indignation? Yes, all those feelings are the evidence of resistance.

When I’m noticing resistance, I ask my Higher Self for understanding and a creative acceptance. My prayer will be something like this: “Please show me the root of my resistance and at the same time, give me an idea of how to creatively accept this situation.”

The bottom line is: Change is going to happen. I’m either going to create resistance or acceptance. Once choice contributes to the disintegration of my character and the other strengthens my sense of wholeness. It’s my choice.
